What is a Custom Design?
A Custom Design is a unique design created based on a customer's brief. We discuss your desired outcomes and offer you at least 2 designs of which you will select one to be further revised to suit your needs.
What is a Pattern Adaptation?
A Pattern Adaptation is when a client likes an existing Tennyola design but wishes to make adjustments to suit their taste. Note: the original pattern will still remain a property of Tennyola and will continue to be used for commercial purposes unless otherwise stated and agreed upon by both parties.
How many revisions do I get?
Each client will receive two (2) complimentary revisions. After this, further revisions can be purchased for a fee. We recommend being as thorough as possible during review sessions.
Average Turnaround time for Designs
Custom Designs: 7 - 28 working days
Pattern Adaptations: 3 - 7 working days.
Design Ownership
The final Custom Design(s) you pay for are exclusively yours. However, only the Adaptations of existing Tennyola Designs are exclusively yours. Other parties may also create Adaptations of the same design and Tennyola can also continue to use the original design for commercial purposes.
Designs created during the ideation process, but not paid for, will become property of Tennyola and may be adjusted, sold, and used for other projects.

Our Process
Book a session: Book a session with one of our designers. We will ask a few questions to get a good understanding of your project scope. If you can, come with examples of work you like. It will help us decipher the results you are looking for. The goal of this session is to understand the outcomes you are looking to achieve.
Brief & Quote: Next, you’ll receive a mood board/brief to review. This is our way of sharing our understanding of your vision. Then we send a quote for our services.
Invoice & Contract: Once you have agreed on the Quote terms, we will send an invoice along with a contract/Terms and conditions to sign.
Payment: Depending on the service, 70% - 100% payment is required up front.
First Draft: You will receive a draft for review
Revisions: A custom design service typically includes 2 complimentary revisions. Be as specific as possible when asking for a change. Additional revisions can be purchased for a fee. View Pricing List for more information.
Final design, Final payment & Delivery : We will send final design files to you as JPG, PNG, PDF formats. Others can be requested for an additional fee. View pricing list of contact us for more information.
